**Back-End GEM Portal Executive**

**Job Summary**:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for a GEM Portal Executive (Sales) to join our team. Please note this is an entry level position, suitable for ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge or having 0 to 1 years of GEM Portal experience with Basic Computer Knowledge. He/ She should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.

**Number of Positions**: 01 required.

**Experience**: Fresher, 0 to 1 years of GEM Portal experience.

**Salary**: In hand Rs.10,000/- to Rs.13,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits (CTC: Rs. 1,61,752/- to Rs. 2,07,560/- per annum).

**Educational Qualification**:
ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge.

**Required Skills**:
Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel or Advance Excel). Computer fundamental skills, Familiar with government documentation.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Tender Search from E-Procurements Portals.

2.Evaluate Tender eligibility criteria.

3.Provide Government documentational support.

4.Coordinate, Prepare, compile & Submit bid submission documents

5.Bid Preparation Provide past industry trends to customers

6.Online coordination and follow-up with the respective government depts. for ensuring seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any.

7.Tracking Bid Status, Updating MIS & Create Pivot Tables, Providing summaries to customers

8.Vendor Registration for Limited tenders

9.Providing Support to customers for pre-bid/post bid meetings.

10.Maintaining Customer relationships with existing/ new clients
