**Backend Sales Executive (GeM/Tender)**

**Job Summary**:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for a Backend Sales Executive (GeM) to join our team. Please note this is an entry level position, suitable for ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge or having 0 to 1 years of GEM Portal experience with Basic Computer Knowledge. He/ She should be able to contribute in creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.

**Number of Positions**: 01 required.

**Experience**: fresher, 0 to 1 years of GEM Portal experience.

**Salary**: In hand Rs.10,000/- to Rs.13,000/- per month + PF, ESIC, & Health Insurance Benefits (CTC: Rs. 1,61,752/- to Rs. 2,07,560/- per annum).

**Educational Qualification**:
ITI/Diploma, Undergraduates/Graduates of any Discipline with Basic Computer Knowledge.

**Required Skills**:
Good Presentation, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge (Working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel or Advance Excel). Computer fundamental skills, Familiar with government documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tender Search from E-Procurements Portals.
- Evaluate Tender eligibility criteria.
- Provide Government documentational support.
- Coordinate, Prepare, compile & Submit bid submission documents
- Bid Preparation Provide past industry trends to customers
- Online coordination and follow-up with the respective government depts. for ensuring seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any.
- Tracking Bid Status, Updating MIS & Create Pivot Tables, Providing summaries to customers
- Vendor Registration for Limited tenders
- Providing Support to customers for pre-bid/post bid meetings.
- Maintaining Customer relationships with existing/ new clients**Job Benefits**:
