Tender Search from GeM Portal
Evaluate Tender eligibility criteria, and prepare summaries.
Enlighten customers on all procurements, including E-Tendering, Regular GeM Bids, Bunch Bids, BOQ Bids, Custom Bids, Bid + 5 Parameters, Reverse Auctions, Forward Auctions, Direct Purchase, Purchase Requisition.
Coordinate, Prepare, compile & Submit bid submission documents
Assist customers in EMD, PBG and E-PBG creation.
Tracking of EMD & PBG and ensuring refund after its expiry.
Bid Preparation Provide past industry trends to customers
Online coordination and follow-up with the respective government depts. for ensuring seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any.
Tracking Bid Status, Updating MIS & Create Pivot Tables, Providing summaries to customers
Vendor Registration for Limited tenders
Providing Support to customers for pre-bid/post bid meetings.
Maintaining Customer relationships with existing/ new clients
Update delivery Position on GeM Portal.
Follow up Post Supply Payment status

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
