**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for internal processes, systems, and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Create clear and concise documentation that is accessible and understandable to a diverse audience.
- Document internal calls, meetings, and discussions, including key decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- Organize and categorize documentation to facilitate easy access and retrieval of information.
- Continuously update documentation to reflect changes and updates to internal processes and systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on accessing and utilizing documentation effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical writing or documentation management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Confluence).
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in documenting internal calls, meetings, and discussions is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
