**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Call potential B2B clients and setting up of Appointments for our sales team, and ensure each

lead is well-qualified
- Identify appropriate decision makers within target customers organization and understand

their business needs.
- Outbound calling (50-60 calls a day)
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are

logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Build the database of leads by using the tools like internet, LinkedIn etc.
- Team up with Business Development to build pipeline for qualified leads
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years lead generation/inside sales/cold calling experience, preferably business-to-business

targeted accounts
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the

organization, both written and verbally
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- An aggressive self-starter
- Delivers and gets stuff done
- Persistent with issue resolution
- Unquestioned ethics around doing the right thing for clients, colleagues & company.
