**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a **creative, strategic, and hands-on** Social Media Marketing Executive to lead and grow our digital voice. From ideation to execution, you’ll be responsible for creating content that captures attention and builds community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop & execute creative content strategies** across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more
- Plan and produce **YouTube videos** featuring skin tips, treatment walk-throughs, doctor Q&As, and patient stories
- Ideate and create **high-performing reels, shorts, and video content** for brand visibility and engagement
- Design and manage paid promotions to drive clinic footfall and online inquiries
- Collaborate with dermatologists and team to produce educational and trend-savvy content
- Analyze content performance using platform insights and adapt strategies accordingly
- Monitor and manage community interactions across all platforms professionally and promptly

**You’re a Great Fit If You Have**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
- Proven experience managing YouTube and Instagram for brands or creators
- Creative thinking with a knack for digital storytelling and audience engagement
- Working knowledge of video formats, captions, hashtags, and analytics tools
- Confidence to work independently while aligning with the brand’s tone and goals
- Bonus: basic video editing skills and/or experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness content
