**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, infographics, articles, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
- Build and engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, lead generation, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams for campaign development and promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn as needed.
- Support brand awareness initiatives through social media collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing (where applicable).

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year experience in managing social media pages (Facebook and LinkedIn essential).
- Strong creative writing, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Basic knowledge of paid ad campaigns (boost posts, lead generation, retargeting).
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and provide insights.
- Interest or experience in the sustainability, bio-products, or eco-friendly sectors is a plus.
