**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
- Create and curate engaging and high-quality content (including images, videos, and text) that highlights promotions, events, and attractions.
- Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
- Collaborate with retailers and event organizers to promote their offerings and events.
- Use data analytics tools to track social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, engagement rate, etc.) and report on performance with recommendations for improvement.
- Run paid social media ad campaigns when necessary to drive traffic and engagement.
- Coordinate live social media coverage of key events and promotions.
- Work alongside the marketing and events team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in retail or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset and experience using social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Creative and innovative approach to social media engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ad campaigns, and influencer collaborations is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management.
