**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1.Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all relevant platforms.
2.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
3.Monitor and analyze social media and digital marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, optimize strategies, and report on key insights and findings.
4.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, design, and sales) to ensure alignment of social media and digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
6.Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization.
7.Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
8.Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
10.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
3.Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.
4.Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics).
5.Proficiency in social media management platforms and digital marketing tools
6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
7.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
8.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
10.A passion for digital marketing and social media, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
