**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing graphics and videos to highlight products, services, and events.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster positive interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Engage with relevant communities, influencers, and partners to amplify our reach.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Assist in developing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns that promote Sangeetha Studios, Smiles Child Development Center, and Cosderma Institute.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to improve future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance engagement and reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in e-commerce, healthcare, or education sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Passion for community engagement and social impact.
