**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.
- Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads.

**Campaign Optimization**:

- Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Optimize campaigns by adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting parameters based on performance data.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media advertising and Google Ads management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and PPC.
- Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager) and Google Ads.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,603.67 - ₹22,684.51 per month
