Job Description: Social Media Marketing Executive & Graphics Designer

**Location**: My Home Hub, Madhapur, HITEC City, Hyderabad
**Department**: Marketing

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Design high-quality logos, flyers, event creatives, cover sheets, and marketing materials tailored to the real estate sector.
- Create and manage web pages and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
- Design engaging social media posts, infographics, and banners to drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align content with SEO and marketing trends.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in social media marketing and graphic design, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi and Telugu is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
