As a Finance and Loan Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by driving loan sales and building lasting relationships with customers. Leveraging your expertise in financial products, you will provide personalized guidance to clients, ensuring they have access to the right solutions for their needs. **Key Responsibilities**:
Actively promote and sell a range of financial products, including loans, to potential clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain the features, terms, and conditions of various loan options to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, loan sales, or a similar role within an NBFC or financial institution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
