- Reporting and Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing project data to generate reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Documentation and Standards: ensuring consistency and compliance across different projects
- Risk and Issue Management: Assisting in the identification, tracking, and management of project risks and issues
- Resource Management: Supporting resource allocation, tracking resource utilization, and assisting in optimizing resource allocation across multiple projects
- Quality Assurance: Conducting quality checks and audits to ensure that projects adhere to defined processes, standards, and best practices
- Tools and Systems Management: Supporting and maintaining project management tools and systems used by the PMO, ensuring they are up-to-date and providing necessary support to users
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment, and providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues
- Good to have certification:
1. PMP or Prince 2
