**Job Summary**

We are looking for a **smart, well-presented fresher** with **excellent communication skills** and a strong interest in **business analytics** to join our team as a PMO Analyst. You will work directly with the CEO to support business planning, sales data analysis, and strategic project tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work on Excel-based dashboards to track business performance.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to find trends and insights.
- Help plan and follow up on CEO-led projects across departments.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business cases.
- Coordinate with teams like Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product.
