**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DESIGNATION** : CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Complete ownership of all customer issues until complete resolution is provided to the customer.
- Returns Processing
- Approval, Review, placing customer refunds requests as per our/marketplace policies, send whatsapp remarketing messages to customers
- To work independently while making sound decisions on case information.
- Any other assignments

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Surat, Gujarat (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Surat, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
