Coach the team for service performance.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.

- Manage a diverse service environment.
- Manage operations for service excellence.
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of website.
- Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service.
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms.
- Operate and maintain existing IT infrastructure and networks based on standard operations procedures.
- Prepare insights report on data mining outcome.
- Provide specialised knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap.
- Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights.
- Analysing ecommerce data of our branded website and implement measure that promote and improve the presence of the company.
- To monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the property on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the property, with the goal of increasing fans / followers / subscribers for corporate and property pages.
- To monitor and develop e-newsletters, when needed, that fit within brand standards that carry property information, news and /or promotions
- To identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence and rate position of relevant competitors.
- Maintaining an understanding of current ecommerce practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
