**Roles & Responsibility-**:

- Responsible for all e-commerce activities
- Monitor promotional activities at Marketplaces
- Listing & updating products on various sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle, Jabong, Myntra, Snapdeal, etc.)
- Inventory management on a daily basis
- Knowledge of Listing, Updating Uploading Product Data / Specifications in e-commerce portals
- Optimising and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, descriptions & prices to increase product visibility.
- Managing daily operations inward for E-commerce
- Registration of products on online sites and loading of the products for sales.
- Handling of day to day sales orders received from Online sales and executing the same.
- Should Manage all online activity in relation to listing, Returns, claims
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, and post listings.
- Updating prices in online shopping websites.
- Registration of new E-Commerce portals.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
- riving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offer code performance
- should have knowledge about B to B business

**Skills-**:

- Presenting insights report on data mining outcome.

**Qualification-**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
