We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Bench Sales**: Market available consultants to direct clients and tier-1 vendors in the US. Proactively reach out to potential clients to place IT consultants on projects.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Consultant Management**: Maintain a database of consultants available on the bench and their skillsets. Provide support to consultants throughout the placement process.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with clients and consultants on the interview process, feedback, and onboarding.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**:Freshers and 1-2 years of experience in US Bench Sales recruitment or IT staffing.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
