We are looking for a technically savvy customer success executive, proficient in multiple languages, who possesses a strong drive for customer service.

Customer Success Executive Responsibilities:

- Conduct onboarding and training processes.
- Manage client portfolios.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn and increase customer retention

**Required Skills**:

- Past experience in customer support
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of customer success processes.
- Experience in document creation.
- Patient and active listener.
- Passion for service.

**Location : Technopark,Tvm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
