- Provide high quality client service, working directly with our clients to understand management expectations and respond to security risks and improve overall cyber risk management capabilities across their enterprise.

- Aware of client expectation and engagement deliverable and ensure efforts are directed towards effective management and delivery of tasks outlined

- Develop skills and work with fellow colleagues to build differentiated services and capabilities

**Person Specifications Education**
- Bachelors Degree in Science / Engineering, MCA

**Experience**
- **_ 3+ years of experience of Splunk implementation/ engineering in large managed security services environment_**:

- **_ 1+ year of Experience with L2 or L3 Support._**:

- Strong understanding of Splunk components such as Heavy Forwarder, Search Head etc
- Hands on experience on Splunk administration for doing upgrades, integration of log sources, building custom parsers
- Hands on experience of content development (such as complex co-related use-cases) on Splunk
- Hands on experience with Splunk dashboarding, writing Splunk queries, deep dive analytics, automation
- Expert Level Hands on using Splunk SPL
- Analysis and transformation of structure and unstructured data
- Update and fine tune security operations tools and processes in consultation with engineering team
- Able to manage execution independently with intermediate to mínimal assistance and guidance
- Able to collaborate effectively with others to achieve business results
- Understands the technical and the business domain / space well to the extent of executing own tasks and supporting the trainee.
- Possesses ability of identifying new ideas, methods and providing suggestions towards process improvement.
- Reporting progress of work as per project / task requirements and raising flag to the up line for any risk.
- Communication skills that are timely, accurate and able to clarify; keeps others informed.
- Self-development on technical and domain skills and percolating it down to the trainee.
- Planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decisionmaking skills, presentation skills.

**Certification**
- Essential: Splunk Architect Certification, CEH, SANS, CCNA Security
