Job Description - Senior Manager / ManagerCompany : Aster DM HealthcareRole Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager / Manager with a strong accounting background and proven experience in leveraging technology to drive efficiency experience, strong reconciliation expertise, and hands-on knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL, and Power Query. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process optimization within our finance and assurance functions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage financial reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.- Utilize Python, SQL, Power Query, and reconciliation tools to automate and streamline processes.- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.- Implement best practices in financial controls and data assurance.- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical and functional expertise.- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex reconciliation and accounting issues.- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending and implementing technology-driven solutions.Required Qualifications:- 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.- Strong accounting and reconciliation background.- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power Query, and reconciliation tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Professional certifications such as CA / CPA / CMA.- Experience in data assurance and automation projects.- Exposure to healthcare or similar industries will be an added advantage.
