**Job Title**: Medical Transcriptionist

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to join our Health Information Management team. The Medical Transcriptionist will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports dictated by healthcare professionals, ensuring the production of error-free and confidential medical documents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Listen to and transcribe recorded medical dictations accurately and efficiently.
- Edit and proofread transcriptions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards.
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify dictation and ensure accurate transcriptions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and industry standards.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures related to medical transcription services.
- Prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
- Proficiency in using transcription equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and confidentiality guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
