**Position**: Tele Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Phone Sales Executive with a proven track record in calling and closing customers over the phone. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving ambitious sales targets. This position is highly target-oriented with a competitive base salary ranging between 12,000 to 18,000 per month and offers attractive incentives ranging between 5,000 to 50,000 per month based on individual performance

**Responsibilities**:
**Phone Sales and Customer Acquisition**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and close sales deals.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide information about our offerings to interested customers.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into paying customers.

**Target Achievement and Incentives**:

- Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Earn attractive incentives based on individual performance, ranging from a minimum of 1,000 to 10,000 or more based on achieved sales.

**Self-Motivation and Initiative**:
Take ownership of the sales process and consistently seek ways to improve performance.

Demonstrate self-motivation and proactively identify new business opportunities.

**Multilingual Proficiency**:
Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Kannada, with additional regional language proficiency being a plus.

**Time Management and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report regularly on progress and achievements.

Ensure efficient time management during work hours to maximize productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales and a track record of closing deals over the phone.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets consistently.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Kannada is essential; proficiency in other regional languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in furniture industry] is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Location and Working Hours**:
The position is located in Frazer Town, and the working hours are between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Weekoff: 1 Day on Weekdays

**Compensation**:
Base Salary: 12,000 to 18,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Attractive Sales Incentives: Ranging from a minimum of 5,000 to 50,000 or more (based on achieved sales performance).
