**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies and processes to maximize sales performance.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Train and onboard new telesales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
