**Your Role in Our Revolution**

You won’t just run ads — you’ll craft intelligent, adaptive marketing systems that feed an AI-powered learning machine.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, and scale **high-converting digital campaigns** across Google, Meta, and YouTube
- Track and report **performance KPIs** (CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV, Bounce Rate, etc.)
- Design, build, and A/B test **conversion funnels** (from ad to lead to learning engagement)
- Leverage **AI tools** like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, SurferSEO to scale creatives, landing pages, and even media buying insights
- Collaborate with our **academic, tech, and creative teams** to align messaging with evolving offerings
- Conduct **market + competitor analysis** to fuel adaptive content and smart segmentation
- Stay ahead of the curve with **trend reports, funnel experiments, and AI upgrades**

**Must-Have Skills**
- Proven expertise in **Google Ads** and **Facebook Business Manager**:

- Experience with **lead generation** for EdTech, coaching, or online learning
- Deep understanding of **AI integration** in performance marketing
- Strong grip on **data storytelling** — ROAS, CAC, conversion metrics, funnel optimization
- Comfort using **automation** tools (Zapier, Make, Meta Scripts, etc.)

**Bonus Superpowers**
- Knowledge of tools like **Canva, Figma, Webflow, Unbounce**:

- SEO content optimization & growth hacks
- Basic knowledge of **education market behavior**:

- Funnel building experience (ClickFunnels, Instapage, etc.)
