About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement AI/ML models across multiple domains such as NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and generative AI.
- Explore, evaluate, and integrate open-source and proprietary AI tools, frameworks, and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, business) to identify AI-driven opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and production-ready AI features to address business problems.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
- Support the data pipeline lifecycle including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Document and present AI findings, recommendations, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
- Proficiency in Python (preferred), along with experience in data science libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work on diverse AI challenges.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working across multiple AI domains or developing cross-industry AI solutions.
- Exposure to large language model (LLM) fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and integrating AI models into products.
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts and big data frameworks such as Spark and Kafka.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
