**AI-Driven Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist**

Location: Rajkot (Relocation required)

**Salary**: ₹8,500-₹46,000/month to start (based on skill; rapid growth possible)

We’re looking for someone who understands that digital marketing is not just about posting on Instagram — it’s about _strategy, growth, psychology, and performance_.

This is not a “social media manager” job. This is a **high-responsibility marketing role** where you’ll drive results using:

- AI tools
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads algorithms
- SEO and YouTube growth
- Smart funnel creation
- Viral content logic
- And full campaign ownership (from design to execution)

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Run **high-converting Meta Ads** (Instagram + Facebook) with detailed audience targeting
- Build **funnels** for student/parent interest → inquiry → visit → enrollment
- Use **AI tools** (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to brainstorm, design, and deploy content ideas
- Manage **SEO** across platforms (website, blog, YouTube)
- Generate **engagement + virality** through smart post formats and trend hacks
- Write copy and creatives that actually convert — not just look good
- Monitor performance dashboards, make changes based on logic, not guesswork
- Work directly with founders to plan, test, and scale campaigns

**What We’re Looking For**
- Smart logic: You should _understand_ what makes an ad work, not just follow trends
- Experience with **Meta Ads Manager** is a must (audience targeting, budget logic, pixel setup is a plus)
- Good taste for visuals and content (bonus if you can use Canva or similar)
- Understanding of **virality psychology** — not just “aesthetic reels”
- Familiar with **ChatGPT or AI content tools** (or ready to master them)
- Good English + communication skills (for writing captions, content, and ad copy)
- Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, funnel drop-offs, etc.)
