We’re not looking for a “poster designer” or “social media manager.”

We’re looking for a **sharp, creative, data-driven digital marketer** who can handle the full spectrum — from designing campaigns to running ads, from writing copy to analyzing performance, and from brainstorming ideas to driving actual inquiries and conversions.

You’ll be working directly with the leadership team to build and scale our **AI-powered educational brand**. This is a strategic + execution role — ideal for someone who wants deep learning, full ownership, and rapid growth.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Building **ad funnels** that convert (Meta, YouTube, Google Ads)
- Running and optimizing **Instagram/Facebook paid campaigns**:

- Writing **captions, copy, and scripts** that actually convert — not just sound good
- Using **AI tools** (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) to ideate, design, and automate
- Managing **SEO** across blog, YouTube, and website
- Monitoring performance, improving bounce rates, testing creatives
- Generating new campaign ideas based on trends, logic, and deep audience understanding

**Skills We’re Looking For**:

- Deep understanding of **Meta Ads Manager** (audiences, placements, budgets, lookalikes)
- Strong logic behind **what makes an ad or post perform**:

- Familiarity with **funnel building** — from first hook to final conversion
- Experience with tools like **Canva, ChatGPT, Google Ads, Notion, etc.**:

- Good sense of design + storytelling (we don’t want random motivational reels)
- Working knowledge of **SEO** and content strategy
- Comfortable writing clean English with meaning, not fluff

**Bonus If You Have**:

- Experience growing an **ed-tech**, **personal brand**, or **coaching brand**:

- Run **YouTube pre-roll** or **Google Display** campaigns
- Created high-performing **landing pages** or lead magnets
- Studied digital psychology, behavioral hooks, or ad copywriting frameworks
