About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on digital marketing professional who can handle everything from ad campaigns to content creation.

You should know how to:

  • Run paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and WhatsApp
  • Create high-quality digital content (reels, stories, posts, ad creatives, short videos)
  • Edit videos, write captions, and manage brand visibility across platforms
  • Build lead generation funnels and analyze campaign performance

If you're creative and logical, this is a high-impact role inside an AI-powered education brand.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

  • Set up, run, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube & WhatsApp
  • Handle targeting, budget, creatives, and audience strategy
  • Track leads, performance (CTR, ROAS), and conversions
  • Create funnels to move people from ad → lead → inquiry → action

2. Content Creation

  • Shoot, design, and edit engaging short-form videos (reels, YouTube shorts, stories)
  • Use Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools to make daily content
  • Write smart captions, hooks, ad copy, and headlines
  • Follow trends and create viral-friendly educational content

3. Brand Visibility

  • Build consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Grow organic and paid reach
  • Monitor competitor content and experiment with new formats
  • Keep brand content smart, educational, and Gen Z–friendly

Who Should Apply

You should be:

  • Experienced in digital marketing & social media tools
  • Able to create and edit content yourself — no outsourcing
  • Comfortable with ads, logic, and performance tracking
  • Interested in education + growth — not just trend reels

Must-Have Skills

  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram ads)
  • Google Ads (search + display)
  • WhatsApp campaign tools (basic automation or message funnels)
  • Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar
  • Understanding of funnel logic (ads → leads → conversion)
  • Creative + fast content thinking
  • English writing + copywriting skills

Bonus if You Know:

  • SEO & YouTube channel growth
  • Google Analytics
  • Email marketing
  • Photoshop / Premiere Pro / AI tools like ChatGPT

Location & Timing

  • Based in Rajkot (relocation required if outside)
  • Full-time, in-office (no remote/freelance)
