
Pre Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Communicate with the Leads**
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with leads by understanding their needs and providing relevant information. Will also be responsible for addressing existing leads.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Engage with leads regularly to keep them informed about our services and any new offerings or updates.
**2. Getting the Leads on Call**
- **Scheduling Calls**: Coordinate and schedule calls between leads and the sales team to discuss their requirements and how our services can meet their needs.
- **Call Preparation**: Ensure that all necessary information and materials are prepared and available for the sales team prior to the call.
- **Facilitation**: Act as the initial point of contact to make leads feel comfortable and prepared for their discussions with the sales team.
**3. Follow-ups**
- **Timely Follow-ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads after initial contact or meetings to answer any additional questions and keep the conversation moving forward.
- **Persistence**: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to ensure that leads remain engaged and informed about our offerings.
**4. Sharing All Relevant Information After the Call**
- **Documentation**: Document key points and action items from calls and meetings with leads.
- **Information Sharing**: Share all relevant information, including meeting summaries, next steps, and any additional resources, with the leads promptly after the call.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that they have all the necessary information to proceed with the sales process.
**5. Follow-ups Until Client Gets Closed**
- **Ongoing Communication**: Maintain regular communication with leads throughout the sales process to provide updates and answer any questions.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the sales process to keep leads engaged and confident in our services.
- **Closing Support**: Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing any additional information or support needed to finalize the agreement.
**6. Help with Managing Sales Data**
- **Data Entry**: Enter and update lead and client information accurately in the CRM and other sales systems.
- **Data Analysis**: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and preparing sales scorecard.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and distribute regular sales reports to the sales team and management to track progress and performance.
**7. Helping Manage the CRM**
- **CRM Maintenance**: Ensure that the CRM system is up-to-date with accurate and complete information.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to other team members on CRM best practices and usage.
