**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Assistance & Care**:

- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and report on health conditions, ensuring prompt communication with medical teams about any changes in status.
- Support healthcare providers during medical procedures and assist with the setup of medical equipment.
- **Guest Services and Customer Care**:

- Greet and assist individuals and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Provide clear information about procedures, timelines, and policies, ensuring that patients and their families understand their care process.
- Address and resolve any concerns or requests, striving to meet or exceed service expectations.
- **Vital Signs and Health Monitoring**:

- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiration) and document findings accurately.
- Report any abnormalities or concerns to healthcare professionals immediately.
- **Documentation & Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided, vital signs, and any notable changes in condition.
- Ensure that all necessary records are completed and communicated clearly with the healthcare team.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of individuals under care and a clean environment.
- Properly sanitize patient areas and equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team, offering clear communication and ensuring everyone’s needs are met.
- Use medical terminology accurately when discussing care needs or updates with medical staff.
- Provide bilingual assistance (English and Hindi) to ensure seamless communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation required. Certification in nursing assistance or a relevant healthcare program is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **2 to 4 years of experience** in a healthcare, customer service, or patient-facing role.
- **Skills**:

- **Medical Terminology**: Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare protocols.
- **Customer Service**: Exceptional service and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in **English** is required; proficiency in **Hindi** is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle both clinical tasks and service-oriented duties with professionalism.

Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
