Job Summary:
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients within a designated unit or department of the hospital. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient-centred care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, managing IV lines, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Educating patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Ensuring patient safety and maintaining a clean and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Participating in patient rounds, case conferences, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Adhering to hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
