- Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct induction onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring they are well-informed about the company culture, policies, and expectations.
- Manage and optimize HRMS tools to maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, performance evaluations, BGV process and leave balances.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and grievances from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Coordinate exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews, managing the return of company assets, and updating HRMS to reflect employee departures.
- Insurance
- Facilitation for all the insurance covers on Day 1 of joining.
- Compliances
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and in-house policies. Maintenance of all the regulatory compliance and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR processes and improve the overall efficiency of HR operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics to support decision-making and HR strategy formulation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR operations role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proficient in using HRMS software (e.g., KekaHR or any other previously managed HRMS portals)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
