- Key Responsibilities:_

1. _Team Management:_

2- Supervise and manage a team of workers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

3 - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting excellent customer service and teamwork.

4 _Operational Planning:_ - Coordinate logistics, including guard deployments, rotations, and replacements.

5- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient service delivery. 6_Compliance and Risk Management:_ - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.

7. _Client Relations:_ - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns.

8. _Reporting and Administration:_ - Prepare and submit operational reports, including incident reports, guard performance evaluations, and client satisfaction surveys. - Maintain accurate records, including personnel files, training records, and operational logs. _Requirements:_
*_Experience* - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, management, or a related field. - Proven track record of leadership, team management, and operational excellence. **Skills* : - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with security industry software and systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
