**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate training sessions as per SSC and scheme guidelines.
- Line up and manage qualified trainers for different job roles.
- Ensure smooth conduct of training, assessments, and placements.
- Manage trainee data and update progress on government portals (e.g., PMKVY, HSDM, DDU-GKY, etc.).
- Coordinate with scheme officials, ministry representatives, and CSR partners.
- Identify and set up training centres in compliance with scheme norms.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports as required by funding agencies.

**Eligibility & Skills**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (Preference: Management / Social Work / Education).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in skill development or training sector.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and government portal operations.
- Leadership qualities and ability to handle field mobilization teams.

**Salary**: As per industry norms and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
