**Role Overview**

We’re hiring a **Field Operations Supervisor** to manage a team of field technicians. The role involves ensuring seamless daily operations, timely service execution, and maintaining high service standards. If you have a knack for managing people, resolving issues on the go, and driving performance — this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead and supervise field technicians to execute daily tasks efficiently
Ensure timely completion of service calls, installations, and maintenance
Conduct field visits to monitor attendance, discipline, and performance
Coordinate workforce deployment and task allocation with internal teams
Resolve on-ground technician/client issues promptly and effectively
Motivate, train, and mentor technicians to uphold service quality
Maintain performance reports, escalation logs, and completion records
Ensure compliance with safety standards, client protocols, and company policies
Manage inventory - tools, spare parts, and field equipment

**Key Requirements**

3-5 years of experience in field operations, technical services, or workforce handling
Prior experience managing field technicians or blue-collar teams
Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
Quick problem-solving ability with a customer-centric mindset
Graduate/Diploma preferred - relevant experience can be considered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
