**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Packing and Operations Supervisor to oversee the packing, storage, stocking, and dispatching of products at our office. In addition to managing these operations, the supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of office work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the packing, storage, stocking, and dispatching of products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Train and mentor packing and operations staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks and ensure timely dispatch of products to customers.
- Manage office tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and communication with other departments.
- Implement and maintain efficient procedures and workflows to optimize packing and operations processes.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise during packing and operations activities.
- Provide regular reports to management on packing and operations performance and suggest areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Graduation equivalent; additional education or training in operations management or a related field is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and packing techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
