Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements.

2. Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

3. Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.

4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

6. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and maintenance to streamline processes and resolve issues.

7. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and work areas to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.

8. Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.

9. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees.

10. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

11. Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations in accordance with company policies.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing, logistics, or similar industry.

3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate teams.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

5. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

6. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

8. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

9. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

10. Experience with inventory management, supply chain logistics, or quality control is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
