**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee planning, from project development to project closeout, for the portfolio projects.
- Identify and analyze the risk, critical path, and key milestones with the Project Delivery team, contractors and the other stakeholders to improve project effectiveness
- Assist developing and maintaining Path of Construction (POCs)/ engineering schedules/ construction schedules.
- Leverage the Advance Work Packaging (AWP) process, and liaise with engineering and construction contractors to organize the development of the engineering and Construction schedules
- Prepare and present regular project reports to the site Project Delivery team
- Contribute to other duties consistent with the role where required and/or requested by the Fawley Site Project Construction Supervisor
- Champion the use of the LPS System to learn from and reduce safety and business losses.
- Leverage the Advance Work Packaging (AWP) process, and liaise with engineering and construction contractors to organize the development of the engineering and Construction schedules
- Identify and analyze the risk, critical path, and key milestones with the Project Delivery team, contractors and the other stakeholders to improve project effectiveness
- Follow the Advance Work Packaging (AWP) process to gather actual data, update schedules, and develop reliable schedule forecasts with the support from project delivery team, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Liaise with the engineering and construction contractors to discuss progress of the project and instigate mitigations for any issues that arise in achieving key milestones
- Closely integrate with Contractor's WorkFace Planning (WFP) coordinators to drive efficient field progress through Installation Work Packages (IWP)
- Prepare short and long term contractor resource allocation plans based on input from stakeholders
- Prepare and present regular project reports to the site Project Delivery team
- Contribute to other duties consistent with the role where required and/or requested by the Fawley Site Project Construction Supervisor

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with Advance Work Packaging (AWP), or other work packaging concept, beneficial but not required.
- Construction experience in the Oil and Gas and/or Petro-Chemical industries
- Strong IT skills, with relevant knowledge of planning & analysis software, i.e., Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel
- Embraces and drives change initiatives, demonstrating a "compete to win" mentality
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including ability to motivate and influence others, build effective interpersonal relationships, and able to foster and contribute to a positive working environment
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, capable of responding to multiple requests/ tasks and handle sudden changes in priorities
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational, analytical and writing/ communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes with agreed timeframes & requirements while under time pressures
- Capacity to operate in rapidly changing environment
- Able to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment.
