Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering resources, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Identify and acquire necessary manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other specialists to determine project specifications.
  • Project Monitoring:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site and ensure work aligns with plans and quality standards.
  • Track actual progress against the project schedule and budget, identifying potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain documentation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve issues.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Select and lead a multi-disciplinary project team, delegating tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and supervise the work of laborers and other staff.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving:
  • Identify potential issues, risks, and challenges early in the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement solutions to mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and address project-related problems proactively.
  • Project Closeout:
  • Oversee the final stages of the project, including punch list completion and final paperwork.
  • Facilitate prompt resolution of all outstanding issues to ensure final client acceptance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project planning and monitoring software.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulations.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
