Job Description: General Manager for a leading Real Estate Company (Bengaluru)*

*Overview:
Lead construction operations, managing 2-3 projects concurrently.

*Responsibilities:
*Project Oversight:

- Direct planning, execution, and closure of projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

*Resource Management:

- Develop and control project budgets.
- Allocate resources efficiently.
- *Stakeholder Engagement:

- Liaise with clients, architects, and authorities.
- Address concerns and maintain positive relations.
- *Quality and Safety:

- Enforce high-quality and safety standards.
- Implement effective safety protocols.

*Risk Mitigation:

- Identify and manage project risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends.

*Performance Tracking:

- Set and monitor project KPIs.
- Generate regular management reports.

*Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 12-15 years in construction management, 3-5 years in leadership role.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software.

*Location:
Bengaluru, India

**Salary**: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
