**Job Purpose**

To Drive Key Business Operations Agenda of the cluster and to help Cluster Business Head in driving Sales & Distribution & Retail Operations through various identified Projects

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Work with marketing to drive communication to potential MNP customers
- Partner postpaid team on MNP agenda through big days / R&R
- Work with HR team & Retail team on OSA manning and productivity
- Retail Ops support
- Support Retail ops team on GMB to ensure digital stores are in line with physical stores
- Deliver on LUT target for the quarter

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**

Understanding of Business and its related processes
- Leadership and people management skills
- 9-12 years of experience

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- Skilled in performance analytics & driving team management
- English and local market knowledge including fluency in Hindi
