Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Planning**:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering resources, timelines, and potential risks.
- Identify and acquire necessary manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other specialists to determine project specifications.
- **Project Monitoring**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site and ensure work aligns with plans and quality standards.
- Track actual progress against the project schedule and budget, identifying potential delays or cost overruns.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits and project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain documentation.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve issues.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Select and lead a multi-disciplinary project team, delegating tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and supervise the work of laborers and other staff.
- **Risk Management & Problem Solving**:

- Identify potential issues, risks, and challenges early in the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement solutions to mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and address project-related problems proactively.
- **Project Closeout**:

- Oversee the final stages of the project, including punch list completion and final paperwork.
- Facilitate prompt resolution of all outstanding issues to ensure final client acceptance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in project planning and monitoring software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
