About the role:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a leader who can coordinate with multiple teams, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations, and deliver projects within the specified budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
  • Oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning to project handover.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

2. Team Coordination:

  • Lead and supervise the project team, including site managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project participants.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.

3. Quality and Safety Assurance:

  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant safety standards and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any issues or deviations from plans.

4. Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure their needs are met.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹80,000.00 per month
