**Job Title**: Telesales Officer (General Insurance)

**Location**:Begumpet ,Hyderabad

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Work Days**: 6 days a week (Day shift)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide follow-up support.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Update call records and maintain accurate databases.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals.
- Participate in training and skill development sessions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **Hindi & English**.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
