**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and manage customer orders using **SAP and Tally** systems
- Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain and update **customer records**, verify **KYC and GST details**:
- Schedule **demo visits** and coordinate with field executives
- Support internal teams with **order and customer data coordination**:
- Prepare and maintain reports using **Excel and Google Sheets**
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of experience in **CRM, order management, or customer service**:
- Proficiency in **SAP, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in **client interaction, payment follow-ups**, and **data verification**:
- Knowledge of **KYC/GST compliance** is a plus
