**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist visitors in filling out the required forms.
- Maintain a daily visitor log and share updates with the management.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage student batches, attendance records, and provide support to students when required.
- Supervise and ensure that housekeeping staff complete their duties on time.
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements (laptops, AC maintenance, Wi-Fi, etc.).

**General Support**:

- Ensure the reception area is presentable and organized at all times.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication**: Good command of English and Telugu, both spoken and written.
- **Appearance**: Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain active throughout the day.
- **Organized**: Maintain logs and records efficiently.
- **Problem-solving**: Actively resolve any issues related to vendors, office facilities, or visitor queries.
- Basic MS word and Excel

**Desired Qualities**:

- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
