
Front Office Admin Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Admin cum Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, and have excellent communication skills in both English and Telugu.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist visitors in filling out the required forms.
- Maintain a daily visitor log and share updates with the management.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage student batches, attendance records, and provide support to students when required.
- Supervise and ensure that housekeeping staff complete their duties on time.
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements (laptops, AC maintenance, Wi-Fi, etc.).
General Support:
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and organized at all times.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, as required.
Requirements:
- Communication: Good command of English and Telugu, both spoken and written.
- Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain active throughout the day.
- Organized: Maintain logs and records efficiently.
- Problem-solving: Actively resolve any issues related to vendors, office facilities, or visitor queries.
- Basic MS word and Excel
Desired Qualities:
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
