Job Description
- **Job Title: AVP INFRA & SECURITY (BFSI Sector)**

**Experience**:
10+ years of hands-on experience in IT and Information Security, specifically within the BFSI sector.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA would be a plus.

Experience in managing security in highly regulated environments within the BFSI sector.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- IT & Information Security Management:

- Lead the design, installation, and configuration of IT services, ensuring alignment with system standards and security protocols.
- Oversee and maintain the security of systems and services by performing continuous security monitoring to detect potential intrusions.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security procedures to maintain the highest level of security across all systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with security policies and industry regulations (ISO27001, NIST).

**Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support**:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize the Bank’s IT infrastructure, performance, and security protocols.
- Provide second-level support for IT systems, managing communication with third-party vendors to implement systems and resolve technical issues.

**Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity**:

- Actively participate in the development, maintenance, testing, and execution of the organization’s Disaster Recovery plan, ensuring business continuity in the event of an incident.

**Performance Analysis & System Optimization**:

- Analyze IT environment performance and propose recommendations for system improvements, ensuring systems remain high-performing, available, cost-efficient, and up to date.

**Technology Evaluation & POC Engagement**:

- Engage in Proof of Concepts (POC) for new infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with the latest technologies, industry standards, and emerging trends.

**Skills**:

- **Cloud Expertise**: Strong experience with cloud environments and related security solutions.
- **Framework Knowledge**: Proficiency with ISO27001 and NIST security frameworks.
- **Disaster Recovery**: Proven experience managing disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
- **Performance Optimization**: Ability to analyze IT environments and propose recommendations for optimization and enhanced performance.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendor relationships.
- **Communication & Problem-Solving**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
